Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2026 · Governing Law: State of Florida

1. Services Provided

Traduz provides certified document translation services only. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or immigration assistance. Translation services are provided in accordance with 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3).

2. Important Notice (Florida HB 915)

WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. WE ARE NOT ACCREDITED TO REPRESENT YOU IN IMMIGRATION MATTERS. For legal advice, consult a licensed Florida attorney.

3. Customer Warranties

By submitting documents, you warrant that: (a) all submitted documents are authentic and unaltered; (b) you have the legal right to submit these documents for translation; (c) you are 18 years of age or older.

4. USCIS Acceptance Guarantee

Traduz guarantees that certified translations comply with the format and certification requirements of 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3). This guarantee covers translation format and certification compliance only — it does not guarantee a specific outcome in your immigration case. If a translation is rejected by USCIS solely due to translation quality or certification format, Traduz will provide a free revision.

5. Limitation of Liability

Traduz's maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. Traduz is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

6. Document Authenticity

Traduz is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of source documents. Liability for fraudulent or altered documents rests solely with the customer.

7. Data Retention

Source documents are permanently deleted 30 days after delivery. Order records and certified translation PDFs are retained for 3 years. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. AI Disclosure

Translations are produced using an AI-assisted workflow in which a large language model generates an initial draft. A bilingual human translator reviews, corrects, and certifies every translation before delivery. The certification reflects the human translator's personal verification. Documents are never sent to external AI APIs — all AI processing occurs on our own secure infrastructure.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by Florida law and resolved in Broward County, Florida.

12. Refund Policy

Because translation work begins immediately upon order submission, refunds are issued only when: (a) we cannot complete the translation (full refund); (b) we miss the rush window after rush surcharge was paid (rush surcharge refunded); (c) USCIS issues an RFE specifically citing our translation quality (free revision provided; if revision fails, order fee refunded). Refund requests must be submitted to hello@traduzusa.com within 30 days of delivery.
